rupu was founded by three female clinical psychologists who aim to contribute to the prioritization of mental health.
rupu’s primary goal is to enable access to high-quality mental health services from all over the world.
among us, we have a niche group of specialists who are innovative, and well-equipped, with the reliability and quality that we can recommend to our loved ones.



“rupu” means ‘cycle’ in Japanese, a term inspired by the Japanese culture and traditions. human life encompasses many biological, social, and psychological cycles. while we may have no choice but to be a part of some, we sometimes find it difficult to disengage from others, even when we know we should.
in the midst of this cycle of chaos, we are here to provide you with a break and support by creating a community via organizing various events.
we aim to come together and become one big family here.

how can I schedule a session? when you click the “book a session” button under the services menu on our website, you’ll see an intake form that helps us get to know you and your needs better. in this form, we ask you to share your demographic information, preferred specialist, reason for reaching out, and a brief description of the service you’d like to receive. if you haven’t decided on a specialist yet, you can select the “assign me a specialist” option. based on the information you provide, we’ll suggest two professionals we believe can best support you. after purchasing your session through the calendar link we send, the online meeting link will be sent to your email. at the time of your session, you can click the link to join. you can also find a more detailed explanation of the system in the catalog on our instagram page @rupu.co.
how can I choose my specialist? all the specialists on our platform have completed their advanced training and graduated from globally recognized programs. you can learn more about our specialists’ areas of focus under the “our team” section of our website. the relationship built between the client and specialist is one of the most important factors in this process. if you’re unsure or have questions, you can reach out to us, or use the “assign me a specialist” option.
how can I see my specialist’s available times? if you’ve booked a session through our system before, you can contact your specialist directly to agree on a time; or you can check their calendar availability through the link we’ll send to your email. also, for recurring weekly sessions, your specialist will arrange your sessions for you.
what should I pay attention to when booking a session? there are a few helpful things to keep in mind when booking. the calendar displays times in your local time zone. if your specialist has created the session for you, please complete your payment via the link sent to your email at least 24 hours before the session. otherwise, the meeting link will not be activated. also, make sure you have the zoom app downloaded before joining the link. for emergencies or rescheduling, contacting your specialist directly may speed things up.
how often can I book sessions? this depends on your process with your specialist. the recommended frequency is once a week. however, depending on your needs, it may be twice a week or biweekly.
will my international card be accepted? yes; 16-digit Mastercard and Visa logo cards or 15-digit Amex cards are valid from abroad.
how can I join my online session? to join your online meetings, simply click on the meeting link that will be sent to your e-mail. make sure you've downloaded the zoom app before clicking the link.
how can I get in touch if I have problems making an appointment? you can always contact us via chatbox or rupucollective@gmail.com
I want to change my session time, what should I do? if you have an account on our site, you can view your bookings in your profile and cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. if you don’t have an account, you can reach out to us or your specialist directly. outside of emergency situations, changes or cancellations are not possible within 24 hours of your session.
I want to change my specialist, what should I do? to request a specialist change, you can email us at rupucollective@gmail.com. if you already have a preferred specialist, you can directly book a session with them through the system, let us know your preference, or share the areas you’d like support with so we can match you with the most suitable specialist.
